Individual Therapy
Individual therapy is a deeply personal journey that varies for everyone. There’s no “right” way to do it, which is what makes it so great. The answers you’re looking for are often already within you; my role is to help you find them. Individual therapy sessions offer a safe, nonjudgmental space to explore your innermost thoughts and emotions. Therapy can boost your confidence, challenge negative thought patterns, help you heal from the past, and improve your relationships.
Therapy is not one-size fits all. It’s important to find a therapist who is a good fit for you and your goals. With me, what you see is what you get. I strive to be the most authentic version of myself with you because, after all, I’m human too! I’ll bring a warm, collaborative approach that integrates psychodynamic, attachment, behavioral, and mindfulness techniques into our sessions. Whether we're processing, skill-building, or problem-solving, I'm here to support you every step of the way. Couples Therapy
Therapists often say two things can be true. Couples therapy is a true testament to that; It is hard and beautiful. I believe couples therapy can be a powerful opportunity to check-in and check-up on what you need to get you and your partner back on track. Whether you're experiencing challenges with intimacy, emotional distance, resentment and recurring conflicts, or just trying to increase your sense of connection and trust, couples therapy can be instrumental to better understanding yourself and the complexities of your relationship. My approach to couples therapy blends evidence-informed practices including the Gottman Method, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and other psychodynamic and behavioral strategies. Couple therapy sessions are goal-oriented and tailored to address your challenges and strengths. Together we’ll identify the roadblocks in your relationship and chart a course to navigate them with new skills, improved confidence and a renewed sense of connection.
